Tuesday: Step (high intensity)
Wednesday: No run
Thursday: 2 mile hill and body combat (low intensity) optional
Friday: Rest day but body pump (low intensity) optional
Saturday: RACE!!!!

Everything looks so easy in black and white, but then you try to do it and it becomes more of a maze to get through rather than inspiration to live by. Do you ever feel like that? My trainer advice will be in RED and my regular-me-real-life notes will be in BLUE
